How collaborative editing works

Find a chapter to build on
A signed-in reader can choose a chapter and start drafting a suggested edit.
Propose an edit
The reader changes or adds to the chapter in a private draft, then submits it. The published story does not change yet.
The author decides
The story author compares the suggestion with the current chapter and chooses to accept it into canon or reject it. Earlier versions remain saved.
